How do I transfer the modules to another amasty.com account?
At the moment there's no option to move extensions between accounts. However, our team could provide access to the package of the module listed in one customer account for another account. The shared package (Composer and ZIP) will be located in the Products tab of both the accounts, but the invoice and order itself will be available only in the initial account.
Kindly note that one order can be shared with one amasty.com account only. The initial extension owner can request to stop sharing the access with the other account at any time.
To proceed with this option, please contact us with the following details:
- the order ID(s) of the extensions that should be shared (please make sure they are in the Complete status);
- the email address of the account the extensions should be shared with.
If the order has been placed by a former agency/developer/colleague of the account that requests the sharing, Amasty will require their written consent that we are allowed to proceed. Please transfer their consent to us in a support ticket.
